All registration payments are non-refundable.

If, for justified reasons, a registered participant is unable to attend, it is possible to transfer the registration to another person who has not yet registered. In this case, the participant must provide the full name of the substitute attendee by email prior to the start of the course.

The registration will be confirmed by email once the payment has been received in the designated bank account.

If the participant chooses to pay 50% of the registration fee at the time of booking (not applicable for bronze or silver spots):

To secure your spot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration.
The remaining 50% may be paid later, but the full balance must be settled by March 31, 2026 – 24:00 CET.

If full payment is not completed by March 31, 2026 – 24:00 CET, your registration will be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.
